WILD SOUTH CLOTHING LOYALTY MEMBER TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- The terms and conditions set out in this document concern the operation of the Wild South Loyalty Program, the use of the Wild South Loyalty Card, the member website and any promotional activity and loyalty transactions that arise as a consequence of the Wild South Loyalty Program.
- Individuals who join the Wild South Loyalty Program agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions.
- Wild South will not accept any liability for any email communication to any member that is misdirected, lost or not received.
- Wild South will not accept any liability for any technical issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the Wild South Loyalty Program.
- In its sole discretion, Wild South reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Wild South Loyalty Program at any time. Loyalty discount levels, promotional offers and items available to purchase using loyalty discounts change regularly (see in store or online for further details). Despite anything to the contrary contained in this document, any modification to the terms and conditions may be applicable to a member retrospectively.
- Wild South’s decision in relation to all matters arising in relation to the Wild South Loyalty Program is final and binding.
- Discount offers can only be redeemed at Wild South stores in New Zealand ;or on the web sitewww.wildsouthclothing.co.nz.
- Wild South reserves the right in its sole discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed using discount rewards
- To become a Wild South Loyalty member the customer must supply a valid email address to enable Wild South to pass on promotional and special loyalty members offers.
DEFINITIONS:
- ‘Member’ means individuals who sign up to the Wild South Loyalty Program.
- ‘Member Website’ refers to the website www.wildsouthclothing.co.nz where details of the Wild South Loyalty Program (including the most up to date terms and conditions) can be found.
- ‘Technical Issues’ means the technical malfunction of any telephone network, connection or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site or intranet site.
- ‘Terms and Conditions’ mean the terms and conditions set out in this agreement and as updated on the member website from time to time.
- ‘Wild South Loyalty Program' means the loyalty program operated by Wild South providing members with access to exclusive benefits and discount rewards.
- ‘Gross sales’ means the purchase or return of any items during the defined period, including full-priced or already discounted items but excluding gift cards and any services.
MEMBERS/MEMBERSHIP:
- An individual is deemed to be a member of the Wild South Loyalty Program when they sign up on the member website or in any Wild South retail store.
- Membership to the Wild South Loyalty Program is only open to individuals with a valid email address and to those who have provided full name, contact phone number, full residential address.
- On occasion you may be required to provide proof of identification.
- Wild South reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership of the Wild South Loyalty Program without prior notice or reason and in its sole discretion.
- Membership is not transferable.
- A member can at any time terminate their membership by providing written notice to Wild South.
- Wild South reserves the right in its sole discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed using discount rewards
- Wild South will not be held responsible or liable if discount rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason but specifically, in the case of a technical failure of software or hardware or an EFTPOS malfunction.
WILD SOUTH LOYALTY CARD:
- The Wild South Loyalty Card remains the property of Wild South at all times.
- One Wild South Loyalty Card will be issued per member.
- Only one Wild South Loyalty Card can be presented for each transaction.
- Members must notify Wild South immediately if the Wild South Loyalty Card is lost, stolen or misplaced and until such time, Wild South will not be held responsible or liable for any authorised or unauthorised transactions.
MEMBER REWARDS AND BENEFITS:
- Receive a 5% discount reward off full priced merchandise
- After joining the Wild South Loyalty Program members are entitled to a 5% discount on full priced merchandise for any subsequent purchase OR the current promotional offer. Unless otherwise stipulated, discount rewards will not be applied to applicable items in conjunction with a promotion unless the discount reward will give the member a more favourable purchase price
- Receive Free Shipping within New Zealand online when you spend $120
- Member must spend $120 in total after all rewards have been redeemed and all discounts have been applied in order to receive free shipping online. Free shipping cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise indicated.
- Receive Free Shipping to Australia online when you spend $300
