Blenheim shop service problem

Hi there, I have sent my email to you a couple of months ago about my experience in your Blenheim’s business shop. I have brought a few clothes on line before, but need to change the size, so I went to the shop. However, I have been told that I am not welcome to change the sizes in her shop. The shop manager has a very bad attitude towards me. I have been your member over 10 years, that was shocking to me. Please let me know if I still can buy clothes in your shop or not.
